Not every project will be the same. Sometimes, for example, you only need to check if a given property is worth buying, or perhaps you only want to make minor layout changes. Other times, you are buying a house or apartment that requires very complex technical changes, and you want to use interesting, custom-made materials just for you. Each of these projects requires a different level of detail (Level Of Detail – LOD), meaning a different scope of work and time commitment from our side, and consequently, a different valuation. That is why we offer you several options.
This is an essential element for starting any design work. Most often, it is the first and indispensable stage of a project. However, you can also opt for such cooperation, for example, even before buying an apartment or building a house, to understand your needs and, based on that, consciously pay attention to certain elements that we will not be able to change later at the interior design stage itself (cardinal directions, sun exposure, acoustics, etc.).
Are you buying an apartment or house where it is still possible to make minor layout changes, meaning changes to wall arrangements and adapting all installations to them? Or are you considering buying a property and want to check if the space is suitable for you and what extent of changes it would require? This type of project is for you. It naturally includes Pre-design Work, which means assessing needs, based on which we look for the appropriate functional layout and prepare basic technical drawings (a fraction of the Technical Documentation). We do not create any visualizations here, we do not select materials, and we do not delve into details.

It includes Pre-design Work, which means assessing needs. Based on these, we develop a Concept – we analyze functional layouts, create 3D visualizations, and estimate a preliminary cost. Then we proceed to Technical Documentation, select finishing materials, and prepare specifications, calculations, and technical drawings, with which you can approach selected suppliers and finishing teams.
This service includes all elements of the Standard Design (LOD 300), extended with an updated cost estimate. We send the drawings and calculations to our subcontractors and suppliers, who prepare valuations for us based on the specific project. Based on this, we can present the final cost estimate.
This service includes all elements of the Standard Plus Design (LOD 400), extended with specialist designs. Depending on the complexity of the project, we may need various consultations. Very often, this involves a consultation with a structural engineer, and sometimes submitting a building design concerning structural changes. You can approach us with a historic tenement house, and we will prepare a design based on conservation recommendations. Perhaps you will want to install an elevator, a swimming pool, or an aquarium. Or perhaps you will want to adapt some rooms for audio listening, and a consultation with an acoustician will be necessary. Such projects require additional specialist designs and additional coordination from our side. These are included in the Premium Design.
A form of checking compliance with the project for work carried out at the implementation site. We offer this service on an as-needed basis, meaning we appear on site when, according to the investors, there is such a need.
A service where we offer Coordination and Sales Intermediation during implementation. We will create a project schedule for you, ensure orders are placed at the right time, and oversee on-site execution to ensure work proceeds according to the design and schedule. We will propose our subcontractors and suppliers with whom we can coordinate and place orders.
We will keep you informed about the status and current stage throughout the implementation.
Finally, we will provide you with a User Manual, thanks to which you will know how to navigate the space you entered “ready-made”, and you might initially not know how everything works or how to care for certain materials.
