The investment apartment has a specific function to fulfill, that is, to charm with unpretentious style and excellent functionality those who are looking for a new interior for rent. Our task was to design this apartment so that in the shortest possible time it would steal the hearts and minds of future tenants. The sparing color scheme maintained in white, gray, with accents of intense black and navy blue was broken by the warmth of natural wood. An interesting solution is the "withdrawal of the bedroom" behind the loft wall, which created an additional space for relaxation, admiring the view outside the window or moments with your favorite reading and a cup of aromatic coffee.
