The Mokotow apartment is a space designed for a couple who work a lot remotely. Maintained in natural colors with copper accents and cobalt details in the bedroom, it combines elegance with functionality. A part of the apartment, raised by three stairs by the developer, was used to separate the master bathroom and a sizable laundry room. The transition between the living and private areas was accented with panels imitating metal, and a low shelf near the floor provides a display element for a sculpture by Christopher Renes. The apartment is rich in special storage solutions, such as space for golf bags and shelves for albums from the investors' many trips. A spacious kitchen with an island and swivel chairs and hockers provide convenience and promote communal living.
