Each of you certainly respects your private time. You try to dedicate this time to yourselves, your hobbies, learning, development, and family. You might simply want to rest. Architects are no different!
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
There are different types of offices, and different types of people. Some are night owls, others are early birds. There are many memes showing architects working late into the night and waking up at 12:00 PM. I consider myself a morning person. I wake up early and start my day with a walk. I go to the office or to a construction site. I try to finish my workday by 5-6 PM. I want to spend time with loved ones, play volleyball, or read a book.
You might ask, when can we meet if we work these hours? Real-life examples show that it’s manageable. We can adjust the number of meetings and set their schedule so you can plan your calendar in advance. If you need to take time off, we’ll schedule the meeting in your calendar and plan it to make the best use of that time. Or perhaps one day you could leave work early and arrange a meeting? Or meet us in the morning and arrive at work a bit later? Maybe lunchtime is a good moment? Or a joint walk? Regardless of whether you travel a lot or work 8, 6, or 4 hours a day, or if you have many extra activities, your own or your children’s, the answer to all these questions is to set a schedule, block out this time in your calendar, and stick to it. We will certainly find a solution to adjust our calendars. We usually do. If you decide that there’s no other option for a meeting than a weekend or between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, then unfortunately, we won’t be able to collaborate, due to the inability to discuss the project scope. And that’s okay too.
Email Correspondence
Please remember that your calls, analyses, and sending emails or messages to us can happen at any time. However, we will read and respond to them during working hours, i.e., between 9-10:00 AM and 5-6:00 PM. You can be sure that we will not leave them unanswered. If we respond with a delay, it means either a virus has wiped us off the face of the earth, or an urgent call from a construction site has disrupted our workday. However, as a rule, we will certainly respond.
Meetings
Office address: Al. Armii Ludowej 6/166, 00-571 Warsaw
Please keep in mind that even if you collaborate with an interior designer, your involvement will be essential to some extent, and for several months, talking and meeting with us will become a part of your daily routine. Meetings take place at our office or online, depending on your availability. Some meetings take place in stores, where, for example, we jointly select materials for project implementation. As described above, we can set up the schedule in advance and plan meeting times to best suit your availability.
Best regards,
Malwina
